To ensure your treasures arrive safely and without surprises, we entrust your packages to LA POSTE and RELAIS COLIS (Chronopost, Mondial Relay, Relais Colis…). Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the total weight of your order, which you can easily check in your cart.

Our little wonders ship within 72 BUSINESS HOURS, because we know you can't wait to receive them!

You have 14 DAYS to pick up your package at the post office or relay point. If you miss the deadline, your package will be returned to us, and we can resend it to you—but this time, at your expense.


  SHIPPING METHODS

To track your treasures, we offer tracked shipments, and even insured shipments with mandatory signature.

Important: Fleurdelysdoll cannot be held responsible for loss or damage if you choose uninsured shipping. No refund or replacement is possible in this case.


MAINLAND FRANCE, MONACO, ANDORRA, OVERSEAS TERRITORIES

  • For flat items up to 250G (clothing, jewelry, miniatures, soft wigs), we use economical shipping in envelopes or Mini Max boxes (thickness ≤ 3 cm). This method is NOT INSURABLE in case of loss.
  • For orders over 100 € or if you want fast delivery, we recommend COLISSIMO.
  • For bulky items up to 30 KG (large dolls, furniture, sets), we use Colissimo tracked with insurance included (23 €/KG). Delivery takes 48 BUSINESS HOURS. If you are absent, a delivery notice allows you to pick up your package within 15 DAYS.

You can track your package online using your TRACKING NUMBER.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For Europe, we recommend RELAIS COLIS!

  • SMALL PACKAGE 0-2 KG TRACKED: delivery in 3 to 15 business days, without insurance.
  • SMALL PACKAGE 0-2 KG TRACKED + INSURANCE up to 2000 €: delivery in 3 to 15 business days with insurance.
  • COLISSIMO INTERNATIONAL 0-30 KG: delivery in 3 to 15 business days, tracked, insured (23 €/KG), with signature on delivery. If absent, a notice will be left.

  CLAIMS

  RETURNS

You have 15 DAYS after delivery to return a product and choose between a refund or a store credit. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

The product must be intact, in its original packaging, and unused. Sale or promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Each return must be APPROVED BY US before shipping. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Once your package is received and checked, we will inform you promptly. Refunds or store credit will be processed within 15 DAYS via the original payment method (less Paypal or card fees if applicable).
