Shipping prices are calculated upon weight. The more you buy at once, the less you pay !!

Orders placed before 3:00 PM, from monday to friday, are handled with 24 hours.
Orders placed during week-ends - friday 1:00 PM to monday 9:00 AM - are handled on tuesday.

 

The shipping delay is estimated from your country of residence (from 2 days up to 2 weeks).

Your items will be shipped in a padded envelop or in a box (depends of the items) always well protected & Priority mail.

Delivery usually takes from 3 days to 15 days. 

PLEASE NOTE : There is no tracking and no insurance included with this shipment method. FLEURDELYS won't be responsible in case of lost, damaged or stolen packages sent this way and the buyer won't be able to ask any refund.

 

INTERNATIONAL SMALL PACKAGE ( 0-2 KG) + TRACKING & INSURANCE UP TO 150 €

Your items will be shipped in a padded envelop or in a box (depends of the items) always well protected & Priority mail.

Delivery usually takes from 3 days to 15 days.

INTERNATIONAL COLISSIMO ( 0-30 KG) + TRACKING & INSURANCE UP TO 1500 €

All shipping rates include insurance and tracking number.
Delivery within Europe : 3 or 7 days, Overseas : 4 to 15 days

Be sure to write your address and order number. You must reach us within 3 days of receiving your merchandise. Incompleted informations or failure to comply with our return policies will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to read all company policies listed below before ordering and or returning merchandise.

 

RETURN POLICY

Your parcel is damaged, please contact us immediately. We will tell you how to return your package. Don't forget to keep the packaging of damaged items. Returns will not be accepted unless authorization has been given. Merchandise must be received within 2 weeks of return authorization or will not be accepted. All return merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer (unless otherwise specified) or return will be denied. Any charges incurred due to incorrect shipping, such as duties/brokerage fees, will be credited to the purchaser. Exchange or Credit only upon returning merchandise. No money back policy.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, make sure to contact us first. Returns will not be accepted unless authorization has been given first. You can return it to us within 5 days of the date you received the item, in the condition specified below, and we will issue a replacement or a credit for the price you paid for the item. Shipping charges on returned products are not refundable and are the only responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage.
